The Bible mentions.
“And the book is delivered to him that is not learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I am not learned.” (Isaiah 29:12)
The prophecy would be fulfilled if these conditions are met.
- The person who is given the divine book should not be learned. In other words, he should be an illiterate person.
- When he is commanded to “read” he will reply “I am not learned”

So it is those who believe in him, honour him, help him, and follow the light which is sent down with him,- it is they who will prosper." (Quran 7:157)
